The Puerto Vallarta International Airport is actively participating in the GAP Safety Week 2024, a week-long initiative organized by Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) to enhance aviation safety. The event, which runs from November 4th to 8th, brings together industry professionals to discuss and promote a culture of safety in aviation.
Under the theme “Continuous management, consistent operational safety,” this sixth edition aims to raise awareness among all stakeholders in the aviation industry about their vital role in maintaining robust safety management systems. As one of Mexico’s premier tourist destinations, the Puerto Vallarta airport plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of millions of passengers each year.
Throughout the week, the airport will host a variety of training activities, including conferences and workshops, for both industry professionals and the general public. These sessions will delve into the significance of operational safety and provide participants with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance safety in their respective areas.
