Vallarta Vows

Can anyone tell me about this company. My Fiance and I are getting married in January and are considering using Vallarta Vows for setting it up.

Also, has anyone heard of a driver named Ricky Ricardo? Is this person credible?

especially if his passengers are Lucy, Fred and Ethel! :D
