Do the sunglasses at the flea markets and from the vendors have UV protection? How much are they?

yep i grabbed a $10USD pair of shades, they are nice quality, unsure of UV protection, but very sturdy & not cheaply made at all, despite what i was told by others. This was at a stall near the bridge from the Malecon area to Zona Romantica.
