My first trip to Puerto Vallarta (part 2)

First of all I want to thank all of those individuals who replied to my first message, your tips and suggestions and definitely welcome. To clear some things up- we will be staying in Puerto Vallarta from August 19th-26th in an all-inclusive resort. I love shopping though and will be looking for a lot of authentic mexican souveniers. Anyone know how much things like that cost? Also, I am glad to hear that I will get a tan even though it will be cloudy.

Your souveniers can cost from little to nothing to $$$$$ depending on what you are looking for, and how much you want to spend. There are some great artisans down on the malecon by Hooters, paintings, sketches, etc... and there are so many little shops like along the river cuale... you can find just about anything and everything...

good luck and have fun... shop shop til you drop....  8)
Jewellery
Has the jewellery changed at all in the last 2 years in Puerto Vallarta?. I find that everywhere I go in Mexico everything is really nice but it always seems to be the same stuff! :P
