Is there a company in Mexico that would provide a pre-paid cell phone service that will work in P.V. and Mazatlan. Do we need to buy the phones from thta company, or could we get used ones from e-bay that will work.

Looks like I might be able to bring one of my old cell phones down with me and have it reprogramed, and to call home I can use voice over ip and my laptop. Looks like that would cost less than $.20 a minute.
