BUS FROM PV TO GUADALAJARA

Can anyone tell me if it is practical to take a bus from PV to Guadalajara for a day of sightseeing? If so, how much does it cost? Thanks, ddc

It would be too long on the bus for me but people do seem to do it all the time - leave very early and return very late. Sorry, I don`t know the price. The only time we went t Guadalajara we rented a car and I found the trip very tedious but the end result was worth it.
