Never mind.... I got the car (Brand new Nissan Versa) on Priceline.com for $15.00/day and the Liability Insurance was $14.00/day.
Just as I remembered... the insurance is about the same as just renting the car. Still not bad though... to rent a golf cart here in Sayulita is roughly $85/day. Total ripoff.
