Anyone rented a Jeep from PV.net?

Hello,
We will be in port for the day and I am interested in renting a Jeep. I called the toll free number but not speaking spanish we had a bit of trouble communicating.
Is the cost $75 total? Will I have to buy additional insurance? Will they meet me at the port? Will I have to pay for additional gas?

I have the same questions. Did you ever get a response? If so, what was their response. I am kind of trouble by the lack of feedback from PV.net and failure to provide a confirmation.
