If you have booked through a tour group that offers and airport transfer service, all you need to know is the name of the tour operator (in Canada, for instance, there is Sunquest, Air Transat, Conquest, and the list goes on). Once you clear customs, you look for the representative from your tour company (they have signs and wear marked shirts). They will guide you to your bus or van and then bring you to your hotel.
