We just returned yesterday from our first trip to PV. We were disappointed in the beach. The pools are lovely but very cold. The food was not bad, but got very tired of it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The Italian restaurant on the resort was the best. The rooms were not 4 star, but the maids do a very good job. The grounds are gorgeous. The shows are not spectacular, you are best to go to the Malecon and to the clubs such as Christine or Collage (amazing foam parties)! The Puerto Vallarta Adventure trip to Las Caletas was the highlight of our trip for sure! The private beach there is beatiful and had the best meal there while in PV.
We were very disappointed with the SkyService flight through Sunquest both on arrival and departure, our flight was delayed 5 hours on the way back and one way only have the plane had audio/video and on the way there no one did....WE WILL NEVER GO SUNQUEST AGAIN!!!!!!!
