Re:Just Got Back
We go to PV, also , for 4 -5 days at a time. It is a hassle, unfortunately we have too many obligations (including 4 children) that limit us to short getaways....and we do like to go about 3 times a year. I would love to be able to stay for a couple weeks....but gotta take what you can get. The worst part is the drive to LAX. A hassle, yes, but worth it....

Re:Just Got Back
I have travelled to PV for the past six years. Always going in March. February is considered off season and is generally less crowded. Things pick up again end of March during spring break. I love it quiet. Though my plane is full for the first week of March, as welll as, the hotel(Camino Real). It all depends on the time of the year. By the way, if you are afraid of terrorism I would stay away from big tourist attractions like Disney World.

Re:Just Got Back
My husband and I are leaving on March 9. We normally go to PV in February but were told the Club Regina at the Westin was booked last week. This will be our fourth visit in 2 1/2 yrs. It is the only place we have ever returned repeatedly mainly because the people are so warm and the area is so beautiful. Airfare from Atlanta is terrible; otherwise, we would go there more often. I hope to spend a few months out of the year there when I retire. No matter how long we stay, it is never long enough. We really love the place
