I hope the staff at GCP find out about how much we love them

That is one of the main reasons we keep going back to the GCP in PVR!! All of the staff is like familia to us and we think the world of them. Mr. Crown and I keep trying to get jobs as \"Professional Guests\" there. Maybe someday..... :wink:

In addition, we always mention how much the resort is talked about on this site. Several years ago the manager when meeting me for the first time said \"So you are the Chuck that keeps talking so highly of the resort, we thank you alot\". We also let indiviual staff members know how much their services are appreciated by guest posting here.

Yes someone does review this board, years ago when we arrived probably for our 4th visit, we were thanked immensely for our input on this board. Someome had complained about hard beds, and I had replied we looked forward to getting to the resort so we could sleep in the wonderful bed! We are just low key people that keep returning and show our appreciation for the staff each visit.

I know I posted this a couple of years ago, upon our return from the GCP we went out and bought the firmest mattress set we could find. Now if I could find a really good sound machine for the surf sound and arrange for 24 hour room service I would be set for life. :lol:

Is it possible to request certain rooms at the GCP. We will be there Nov 28-Dec 5 and there will be three or maybe four couples travelling together. Anybody out there have info on what rooms to request and who to contact to do that?

Yes Charlie has gone on to bigger and greener pastures again. He is not the Activities Director at the Holiday Inn... if you walk the beach Chuck to the Holiday Inn you can go up and see him... not a problem.. Lorrie and I did when we were there in April... We do miss him as \"Woody\" during the Disney show across the street... He is a good guy...

I heard about Danny not getting his visa in time to come to St. Louis... I spoke to Angie Garcia yesterday afternoon, and finally got our Feb 2007 confirmations done. She thought Rose Mary e-mailed me, Rose Mary thought Carmen did, and guess what, no body did... But we are all set now for the 2007 Invasion of Vallarta....

I will be \"representing\" the GCP starting tomorrow 6-28. I like to help out the new arrivals that come with us from the airport with how the place runs and what to expect. That way they can jump right into their holiday and not have to figure things out themselves. Also being at the Pub bar when new guests arrive we like to informaly greet and answer questions.

I am looking so forward to this, our 12th visit to the GCP. I have no doubt that it will be as good as always. :wink:

Hey there Chuck, we do have a new guest relations manager... her name is Dania. I have gotten a couple of emails from her in the last few days... been busy working on guest relations with some people from the Pacific NW coming to the GCP in November and then a honeymoon couple from KC coming to the GCP in September... busy busy busy... plus my regular job... can you believe that one... HA HA HA :wink: :lol: 8) Have a good time... give our best to all the rest...
