Love mexican food and do love the grilled whole red snapper. Definitely a favorite of mine. Years ago in Pie de la Questa I had grilled red snapper done over coals and wood chips. Awesome!

Still wondering about best place for the red snapper...or is it good in all of the above mentioned??

there used to be a place right next to the river by the holiday inn that has good food, excellent specials both food and drink, it is a great little spot along the way...
