One more thing, where are the least expensive places to eat and drink if not staying all inclusive? I found that last time I spent more time off the resort.

Go 5 or 6 blocks away from the Malecon and you will find that things tend to get cheaper. Also check out the South Side or Old Town as some people call it. Things tend to be cheaper there and the food is better too. If you go back a few pages on this board you will see a lot of suggestions on where to go.
