bars open to the public vs AI

We had the same problem in Nuevo . Walking the beach and could not buy a drink so we high tailed it back to Los muetos area ( where we were staying anyways) Lots of beach bars in that area ,all will gladly take your pesos. My favorite is the Burros Bar , we have spent many mnay hours soaking up the sun and drinking many buckets of cervesas ( foods not bad either)

Never had an AI beach bar not take cash. Resort restaurants maybe, but the palapa bars should take currency no problem. But normally we have had friends that bought us drinks if at their AI, co not surprised if totally exclusive to guests when you are alone.

looks like i need to get me a piece of beach up in Nuevo Vallarta or somewhere between the Marina and Holiday Inn and put up a straw hut bar up with a small grill in the back... I know a place in Holstein Iowa where we can get a nice 6ft or 12 ft grill ... find a local with hogs and grill a whole hog every other day... or make araingments with a grocer and get some Canadian or US boneless pork loins ... it only takes 45 minutes to 75 minutes to cook these... i have various recipes for dry rubs and sauces to marinate them in... and if done right PWOOF gone in no time... also we can do burgers, pork chops on a stick (pork ribs cut just right, grilled and served on the bone) sounds like a business venture ... anybody in with me... sell of the lot and move on down and start up a little beach business... i know i know... easier said than done... but why not... sounds like an adventure to me...

well got to run... might have to see the banker, order the grill, make some phone calls.... \"trust me\"

Where is Burros Bar? We are staying in Nuevo May 22.

Please can someone suggest a good bar in Nuevo Vallarta. We will be staying at the Royal Decameron. We will be there May 22.
