The hotel is 9 stories. But the JR. Suites are in the tower. They do have some penthouse suites on the top floor of the hotel.
The units with the window from the bedroom into the living room is in the tower. Most of the condo nits are about the same size which is 730 Sq. ft, so, yes they are fairly small, but much larger than a hotel room.

awsome thanks :) so you have seen these rooms? have you seen then since being renovated??? can you get on on the ground floor? is there a mini fridge in them forsure... and i guess it is only a couch and maybe a table in that area, right...
I cannot say for sure that they have a mini fridge. They have a coffee pot and a microwave I am sure. I would call and ask about the fridge. The units I have seen are fine. They have a sleeper couch and a chair and a table. The Holiday Inn owned condos are not as nice as the private owned ones, which are not all done the same way. We moved our bedroom wall back to make a smaller bedroom (still with king size bed) and have a dining room that was not in the living room. That way we have 2 couches and 2 small chairs in the living room. The living room is a nice size. Now, that being said, it is possible that they rent some of the private owners condos for them. So, you might want to ask about that as well.
Have a great trip!
