Great question which I am unable to answer. I have often thought how difficult it would be to be a paralegic in Mexico or even missing one or both of your legs. With the rough & cobblestone streets it must be very hard. I see locals doing the best they can on crutchs ETC. Last winter there was a guy at a downtown hotel in Zihuatanejo that was wheel chair bound. Someone arrange to have him carried to the beach on a daily basis. But obviously he had a ground floor room (no Elevator) at his hotel, but I am in lots of cafes, clubs etc that using the Banos would be impossible.
