The weather is beautiful over these dates. The rainy season generally ends sometime in September. December can be a little cool compared to other months, but all that means is you may need a sweater in the evening.
Weather at Thanksgiving time

From mid Oct to mid March always bring somthing lite to where in the evening. With comming from SLT during that time we start out with a light jacket anyway just getting to our airport, and we just store it in our carry on.
We regularly go to PV the Sat after Thanksgiving. The weather is great, hot, dry, just what we want, as Boston is cold and poss snow.
