Vacationing with the rain?

We are leaving for PV in one week, the last week of August. It was a last minute trip and our first to PV. Just now realized it is going to rain ALOT. Staying optimistic - we are really looking forward to fun and sun. Are we going to have any sun? Any tips on how to vacation with the rain and how to optimize any sun time?

We just returned August 9 and had the same concerns as you before we went. We had 7 full days of sun! It rained 3 or 4 days but only around 10 p.m. until early morning. The rainy season does not happen during the day! Have a great time I wish I could go back!
