Using Ladatel Phone Cards In Your Hotel Room

Does anyone know if you can use the local Ladatel phone cards from your phone
in your hotel room. Do the hotels still charge a surcharge for placing the call?

Yes, the hotels still add a horrible service charge on phone calls. Go to a Ladatel pay phone and use your card. Much cheaper.
