Is there any other city in the world that has a better sunset than PV?

Nope. Everyone here will agree with me that PV sunsets are THE best!

At the risk of being traitorous, the town of Avarua, on the island of Rarotonga, Cook Islands, South Pacific does have sunsets
that exceed those of PV. (you asked)

and seeing as your asking, kuta beach on the island of Bali in the south pacific has wonderful sunsets daily.
