It is an El Nino year and you get what mother nature decides to hand out. The weather is certainly not the norm in many areas this year.

Hi chris are you in pv now?
Someone posted on one of the threads that they saw a water spout just before it hit land in Bucerias. They are pretty darn scary, we had at least four of them in So. Cal just two weeks ago. There were boats sunk, boats thrown on top of other boats in Huntington Beach Marina, roofs ripped off of buildings, windows broken (one lady was sitting at her desk paying bills and the 9 ft plate glass window in her office was blown out, luckily the curtains kept her from being cut from the flying glass) One went through Ventura one in Long Beach and one further inland in the desert on the Calif/AZ border, all in a matter of a couple of days.

Interesting information on this site about El Nino, La Nina seasons:

Bet this season goes down as a W+.
