PV Wedding

Hi all - I just got engaged and my finance and I are thinking of holding our wedding in PV. We would like to invite family and close friends to \"vacation\" and while they are there...join us on our day. I have no idea where to start. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations on wedding planners/coordinators and travel companies who can coordinate all the travel and accomodations for aporoximately 30 - 40 people? Has anyone had a PV wedding? If so, can you tell me how it went? Thanks for any advice you guys can give.

The Marriott Casa Mgna has an area set aside for weddings and special occasions that overlooks the bay and PV in the background.

we seen a pretty decent one at the canto del sol when we were there.... i never talked to the bride after tho so i have no personal info...

Eventful Moments.

i am not sure of all the \"legalities\" in Mexico, so first off i would check with your legal professionals at the resort that you are planning on staying at... if they have such facilities they will be able to guide you thru this as well... i know what our friends had to do when they got married in Montego Bay Jamaica... and when my wife and i eloped to Colorado, we checked with the authorities in Summit county out by Breckenridge... she had to have more paper work than i did... and since it was our second time down the aisle, we had to have proof of our divorces etc... blood work etc... just letting you know that different rules for differnt states as well as countries...

congrats... and good luck to you... you picked the right place to slip off an get married at, and have a honeymoon at the same time... and it is cost effective for the family to join you as well....
