PV shopping

I am traveling to PV this fall and I am wondering if there are any designer boutiques or other stores where I can find designer clothing. I believe that I read that De Santos sells LV bags and other designer apparel. Is this true?

Just out of curiosity, what designers are sold at Viva? Do you have any other recommendations?
