New Years Wedding Help

Please help!
Two of my dearest friends have plans to be married on New Years in PV. They thought everything was going well but there have been some problems and they no longer will be getting married in the hotel they had planned so now they are looking for a new facility/restaurant/etc.
The bride and groom would like the following:
Wedding on the beach (they are bringing their on officiant), private room for dinner and reception with the possibility of joining a New Years Party later in the night (they have about 40 guests).

If anyone knows of a nice facility we could check out PLEASE respond. They are getting desparate and would appreciate any information.
