Need advice on cigars, knives and other stuff

Fantastic site and great info! I’ve learned a bunch here. Have a few questions. Departing from Dallas, TX.

1 Can I bring cigars into the country?

2 Will I have problems bringing cigars out of the country?

3 Can I bring a knife (4” folder or multipurpose knife)?

4 How much liquor out? I see 1 liter, then I see 6 max. I’m confused??
