Must do activities

My wife and I are coming down in a few weeks from the US and we were wondering if there were any \"must do\" activities. We will be staying for a week and we want to get the most out of the experience. This will be our first major vacation and I want to make it great.

Visit Downtown, and if you can go south either Yelapa, Mahauita or Quimixto, you can book a tour to go there with Vallarta Adventures

Vallarta Adventures only goes to Caletas, none of the others and has no office downtown.
