May In PV

We are headed to PV for the first time for 10 days around the middle of May. Looks like the average weather for that time of year is 80 during the day and 60 to 70 at night. Can anyone tell us if this correct and what the water temp will be during May? Is May a busy month for visitors?

Thanks for the info it was helpful. Sounds like May is going to be the perfect time to go.
I have been coming down to PV for the first two weeks in May (as well as other months ) for the past four years. I found the weather to be warm with reasonable nights. By this I mean I would run the air on low during the day and just run the ceiling fans at night. The afternoons are starting to warm up so drink/take lots of water if you plan on lenghty walks. Again , this is the first two weeks in May and I will be there again in 39 days.
We have been going to PV for the month of May for more than ten years. As previously stated it is just the end of the busy season most US/Canada tourist and not yet the season for locals. Restaurants and other services are never crowded. Be aware, if you have a favorite restaurant, they may already be cutting their hours. We have found that by the end of May many are closed for an extended period of time. The good news is that mid May to the end of May is Restaurant Week in PV. A good way to experiment and find your new favorite place to eat.
