Is PV usually busy at end of May??

My wife and going to PV in the last week of May. We generally try to travel away from peak season as places are usually so packed then ( we are travelling from Australia). I would like to know if PV is usually very busy at this time of year i.e beaches packed, need to make restaurant reservations etc. We will be arriving on the Sunday of the Memorial day weekend - do many people go for this weekend or take extended holidays at this time?
BTW I am not asking to have the place to myself just curious about how busy it gets !

Not busy at all, plenty of room. It will be hot.

no et will be quit realy this time of the year. great for a relaxing vacation . hot wetter & afternoon shower. miss P.V. i will be back next winter again.

Rain is quite unlikely in May.
