Hi. The rains have just started, so it´s cooled things off a little. The past 2 days have been cloudy, but it should pick up. It usually does as it often rains during late afternoon or evening for the next 4 months. You´ll get plenty of beach time in the sun.

The Ocean is good here. Just watch for the red flagged areas. An 8 year old should be perfectly safe playing in the waves.
