Can anyone tell me about public internet access? I have a laptop computer with a network card. Can I take it somewhere and plug it into a network? If so, how much will it cost me (hourly?)to use the internet? Also, are there public computers in places such as internet cafes that I could use? Again, what do they charge?

To: mikey & gaby: No, I am not planning to let the computer take over my vacation! I understand that phone calls from Mexico to the United States can be very expensive. I plan to use e-mail as a method of keeping in touch with friends and relatives back home, instead of using the phone.
