beaches in the hotel zone, except the Sheraton (still closed as far as I know) are pretty good. The other post mentions the Qualton, I walked from the Crown Paradise to the Qualton in May, there was still beach front there, maybe the retainer wall made it a little less accessible.

Yes, the beaches in Hotel zone are all in great shape except for right in front of the Qualton. There is a small beach there, but they have not done anything to it since Kenna like the other hotels.

They are in the process right now of building a rock jetty between the Qualton and Fiesta Americana.
