hello planning a vacation of a lifetime in 2004 ..to soon to get started?anyway need all tips we can get ..ever hear of Villa Santa Barbara? this so far is where we are considering staying ..AC is a must ..kitchenette ,prefer..of course.. ocean view,terrace..all cheap ..lol
any tips on luggage ,transpotation,clotheing,best prime time to go,older couple so were more into culture ,sightseeing ,shopping ,markets ,music...eating.We already heard about bottled water..south of cual river to stay..shorts an t shirts etc ..please any info would help thank you ..Leal

In the end of november I come to pv for 6 months or how long I want to stay.
I am going to work and live there. I only looking for a nice cheap appartment or room.
