July is fun in PV. It is hot and humid...quite! But the rain and thunderstorms and so neat. It will usually be blue sky in the morning and afternoon, and then anywhere from 3:00 to 6:00pm it will rain buckets and have lots of lightning. Then around 10:00pm or so it will stop and the next day it will start all over again. The streets will be rivers. It is so cool. Just take it easy, keep hydrated and have a BLAST! Chuck... 8)
