First Time Visit

We will be in PV on Nov 27 staying at Lindo Mar Resort.
Any information about this resort, what is best way to get there from the airport, taxi, bus etc. How much should it cost.
How far are we from downtown, and is there a bus we can take from the hotel.

Hola!! Just got back last night, I stay at Hotel Playa Conchas Chinas, which is attached to Lindo Mar. This was my 20th trip to PV and stay here most of the time. I have stayed at Lindo Mar and the rooms are great and the beach restaurant La Playita at the hotel is very good and moderate pricing. When we arrived this time the first cabbie wanted $21, but we usually cross to the other side of the highway where we paid $15. You can catch a bus up on the highway for 4.5 pesos into town. You can also take the airport-hotel bus. It is usually about $7 per person. The kiosk to the right of the main entrance inside the airport will sell you the ticket. The buses take about 6-8 people and stop at the various hotels along the way.
