Festival of Guadalupe

We will be in PV from Dec. 3-17. We will finally be there for the Festival of Guadalupe. Can anone give me some advice on what to expexct and what time we should be in PV on the 12th to enjoy the festivities? Any other advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hola. There are many colourful/noisy but fun processions throughout the town from the 1st - 12th Dec.
