Drinking the water, ice cubes?

Water is not your problem , stick to bottled and you will be fine , most people have the same problem in mexico , first day too much boozse too much sun , too much to eat , take it easy on your first day and you\"ll be fine

I thought i was sick from the water on my third day as I drank some of the tap water in our hotel room, but i think the sickness was from all the drugs the night before

You have more of a chance of getting something awful by being in your airport of origin and or in the airplane. Never, ever gotten sick in PV. Maybe a hangover here and there, but nothing worse than that.
