The only one I think would really fit your needs is the on at the Grand Velas. It is more like a true day spa, where the others are not nearly as beautiful and ful of amenities. A day pass is about $80.00, but it is all inclusive, so you get drinks, a nice lunch ala cart, all of the gym equip., aerobics, yoga, the spa installations. Massage, etc is extra.
