has anyone been noticing the currency conversion the past couple weeks? tonight it is 13.55 pesos to the us dollar, i believe that these are some of the highest conversions in atleast 5 years. i guess there is a silver lining to the horrible economy right now :D . 8 more sleeps until home away from home again!!

It is fluctuating like crazy from morning to night. I have gotten from 13.25 to 12.75 in the past two weeks. It was down to 12.25 yesterday, 12.75 a few minutes ago.
It was 8.75 the first time I went to Mexico and that was in old pesos. The next time I went it was 3000 and I believe climbed to about 5000 before they re-valued it and released the new peso. I still have some of the old coins I like to put them on the bar for a tip just to watch the bartenders reaction to the museum pieces as he calls them. :lol:
