Catering a Party - location, mariachis? help?

Liz are you all staying at the same resort, or several spots. Depending on your resort, they may have something on property that will accomodate you. Also, when you get there, check with some of the street side vendors to see if they will do something for you on the side... you never know as they are enterprising people that want to make some good money as well.... so there you go for some food for thought...
