bus from puerto vallarta to manzanillo

Hi just wondering if anyone knows if there is a bus that runs between Puerto Vallarta & Manzanillo.How long of a trip is it and does it run daily.Hope someone can help.Thanks

According to their website (using the link in my last post), Primera Plus offers bus transportation between PV and Manzanillo at $94.50 each way ($189 round-trip). I assume that price is in Mexican Pesos.
