The best is north outside the bay, Sayulita, San Francisco & Lo De Marcos.

The best bodysurfing/boogie boarding beach in Sayulita is Playa de Los Muertos. It is an easy walk to this beach from the center of town. The link below describes the beaches in the area and gives directions.
