Beaches, snokerling and cubans!!!

Just wanting to find out how the beaches/ocean are in neuvo vallarta the first week in December 01-08, are they clear enough to see the bottom? not all murky because of rain is it?. What are the best snokerling place near neuvo vallarta? Any one know of a place to get \"real\" cuban cigars, price is not a question!

Best places for authentic Habanos are Casa de Habano on Aldama, just up from the Malecón and La Bodeguita del Medio on the Malecón and Allende.

You might also want to try to find a store that carries the better Mexican Brands like Te Amo. I am not a Cigar smoker, but a friend that was with us 2 weeks ago is. He said he liked the Mexican Cigars just as well. If it is only Cubans you want then the 2 places JR mentioned are the best.
