Go to Bodeguito del Medio on the Malecon, and have a mojito (or 5)!

The best bet is like Chuck says, just have fun. If your hubby loves tequila, head for the Casa de Tequila.. nice place to sample some excellent tequilas, and there is a little resturant there as well.. have a lite lunch or early dinner after you sample their tequilas...

leave your watch at home. Who cares what time it is anyway when you are in paradise. You eat when you get hungry. You drink when you get thirsty. Trust me you will always be thirsty.
Mojitos, Coronas, Tequilas, all those different exotic drinks with the little umbrellas sticking out of them that poke you in the eye when you are not paying attention.
