When does PV have there daylight savings.

I was looking at the weather last September using this sites weather link and noticed that last year PV had day light savings on the 25th of September, does anyone know what day it will be this year? We are already dealing with a two hour difference, now maybe a 3 ? :?

As of now, PV is on central daylight savings time.
