when do the college kids who arrive in hordes leave in horde

My wife and I want to come to PV in March or April...would like to time the trip to be just after the hordes of college kids and other intense revelers leave. Can anybody tell me when that would be? In other words, when would be the first \"quiet\", \"fewer tourists\" week in PV?

PV is not a huge Spring Break destination like Cancun is. The week of Easter and the week after are when the town is really crowded with alot of Mexican Nationals who come to PV for the holidays. Traffic gets really heavy and the southside and Los Muertos Beach are packed. So April 4th through the 19th is pretty much the time you say you want to avoid.

Spring break is when all the beautiful college girls are there :D Great scenery!
