yes, that is a porta - potty! We went a looked at it in March. We waved too.

You probably did see a bird. Sometimes they sit on the roof right in front of the camera. It is really funny to see them there like that.

Did they put up more lights on the Malecon? Right now it looks much brighter than usual. You can hardle see what is going on through the lights.

OK, I think I figured it out. It must be raining and the wet pavements are reflecting the light. :)
