Two Canadian tourists killed in Mexican resort (Cancun)

i feel so bad for the bride and groom and there family what a sad thing to happen. but i do agree this could happen anywhere in the world. not just mexico.

While we go to PV in May and Oct, as we will this year, we are also going to that SAME resort with about 16 of us in June. This is to celebrate some grandkids graduation grade school and high school. Do you know any more information or where I can find it? Nothing has been said on Headline News?

My heart feels sad for the family and friends of the couple whose lives came to a tragic end.
I hope there will be answers to the many questions.

I have stayed at the Barcelo Maya twice and it is a really great resort albeit HUGE >1400 rooms. This is sad, but you all know this can happen anywhere. Happens on a daily basis in any medium to large city in North America.
