sting rays, jelly fish and sand fleas

My sister,my friend and I are there March 4 and would like any info too. I understand the beach from there to Bucerius is really nice and we are looking forward to the nice walks on the beach!( And in the water) Keep me posted please! :D

We were in PV last April and did not get bitten by sting rays... only one in our group got a bite from a jelly fish and it went away after half an hour... but as far as the sand fleas... I am not sure about this one... I did get some bites on my legs that were like really bad mosquito bites... they tood days to go away... I was thinking this might have been some sort of sand fly.... I plan on taking benedryl cream this year in case it happens again as when I got home last year and rubbed some on the bites... it really did help.

Anyone that has ever camped or lived in Northern Saskatchewan knows about Mosquitoes. Deet is one of the best preventive lotions you can use . The scary ones though are the horse flies. Have fun and not to worry about things that might happen. If you get bit and it itches then scratch it cause even if the Doc tell you not to you will. :D
