SNOW

Got about a foot of snow in the last day.... looks like more coming... white sand would be so much better. Actually any color of sand.

Got a foot here last night too.Most of the highways are closing /closed here.Supposed to get up to 60cm/2 feet with 50km/30mph winds.
From the looks of it,we could get more than that.
Really dreaming of warm sun, sandy beaches, and alcohol filled milkshakes right now.

I was hoping we were done with this. :(

Sorry you are getting what we have had since thursday. In a previous post white covered land soon to be replaced with sandy beaches 8)

The more I shovel snow twice the amounts fall. Ron wish I could pack you both and take you both away. The other half is packing I think she is going to live at the airport till satuday :lol: 8)

Helenf-I am glad spring is arriving in Canada. Nothing brightens the
landscape like flowering trees and yards filled with flowers. Here in Okla
the fruit trees have leafed out and the only trees flowering are the ones
causing intense allergies. The daffodils, quince, and liliacs are gone, but
the creeping phlox, iris, and bridal spirea are in full bloom.

Ronald, you have my sympathy. Christmas Eve 2000 we had a massive
ice storm. My businesses were without power for five days. Filling
prescriptions by flashlight/candlelight is not fun. But we survived and so
will you. Years from now you will thinkback, smile, and brag how hard
times were.

well we are getting hit hard with that ugly white stuff as I type this,it just sucks I cant even see across the street.It was so nice for 2 weeks. :(
